We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know:
- Time is of the essence! You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Condition matters. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Please don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase!
- Start your return by contacting us. Simply send an email to addorata@addorata.com and let us know you’d like to return an item. Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and send you instructions on how to return your item. Important! We cannot accept returns that haven’t been pre-authorized.
- Damaged or Wrong Items? If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at addorata@addorata.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that some items cannot be returned:
- Perishable items: This includes food, flowers, and plants.
- Custom products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special orders or personalized items.
- Gift cards: Gift cards are considered final sale.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and then place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
